Discuz from a Chinese company Comsenz, is probably one of the top apps used in most major Chinese community forum sites. Their new open source product - UCenterHome also surpasses most open source social network apps out there.
Apparently they had investment from Sequoia Capital and Google back in 2006 and 07.
This is a good answer. 5th consecutive year ranked top from Forbes’ best places to do business in China list.
